Introduction

Welcome to Visioun. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services operated by Visioun, a product of Inoryum Ltd, registered in England & Wales with company number 12392337.

Purchases and Delivery

Paid products are accessible for download after payment is received and verified. After successful payment, you will be able to use our products immediately through your account.

Theme Licenses

Publication License: You may activate the purchased theme on one live Ghost site. That site may be operated by you or delivered as a completed website to one client. Each additional site requires its own license.

Studio License: You or your business may activate the purchased theme on any number of Ghost sites that you own or build for clients.

A license grants permission to use and customize the theme; it does not transfer ownership of the theme package. You may not sell or distribute the source files, offer the theme or a modified version as a standalone template, include it in a downloadable product or theme library, or share it with an unlicensed third party. A client may operate the completed website but does not receive independent rights to reuse the theme package on another project.

Theme Updates

You will receive updates that fix theme issues, improve features, and maintain compatibility with Ghost CMS during the theme’s commercial lifespan.

Support Policy

Support covers questions about theme functionality, feature configuration, and removal of bugs or issues. Support does not include custom theme extensions, server setup, or manual installation of updates.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any sign-in links sent to your email. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
